Terrible - not recommended

horrible. No internet and the support line is only whatsapp which takes absolutely forever to respond. Connected supposedly several weeks ago and no network still. We have done exactly what we were told to do and nothing. I have asked for a technician and willing to pay but nothing and no one arrives. I have requested cancellation and now need to pay R999 cancellation and courier the modem back to them which we never even asked for.
