Terrible Non-existent service. Automated chat bots are useless

Since Web Africa changed their customer service line to a WhatsApp, with no option to speak to a human at all. All you get is going in circles asking for help. No one helps. No one get back to you. When choosing to speak to an agent. No agents available. Can't even speak to a manager. Useless. And frustrating because I can't even cancel my service.
