Terrible ISP ever, WebAfrica must fall

This is by far the worst ISP to work with. Customer service is non existent and completely ***********. The less said about their WhatsApp agent the better, they are an embarrassing lot, you get transferred from one agent to the next and everyone of them tells you a different problem. I sometimes go 2 days without internet when I ask I'm told my services are cancelled yet when I try to go to another ISP provider WebAfrica shows up as active. So I when I ask to officially cancel and deactivate their service I'm told to wait for 30 days. 30 days without reliable internet that I paid for.

Whoever gets to read this please make sure not to make the mistake of choosing WebAfrica as your ISP...bunch of chancers this one's.
