TERRIBLE ISP - DO NOT USE

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! WhatsApp bot does not answer queries. Stayed on call line, waiting in queue for 2 hours only to have the call dropped after I had reached first in line. Desperately trying to cancel the service because this is such a bad ISP. WOULD RATE 0 STARS IF I COULD.
