Terrible ISP

I must say initially i was praising WebAfrica not anymore. The service is terrifying. I pay for a 10Mbps Fibre and im not getting that. Their support agents do not help at all and when i ask for the Manager's contacts they refuse and shield them. Derik was not helpful instead he was defensive and not professional. Instead of fixing my speed Derik is saying that i must upgrade. The worst part also is their bill run. I get paid on the 15th and they dont want to accomodate me. Instead every 7th they cut off my connectivity until i pay on the 15th. Terrible ISP. Im moving!.
