Terrible ISP

Im sick and tired of Webafrica, since the 29th of April 2022 my internet has been down. I've been tossed between Webafrica and Vodacom and to date my services havent been restored and yet i was debited in full.

Every time i sepak to their agent im asked to take pictures onlf my router and ONT which i always do and it always ends with "we have escalated the issue". Recently they asked me to speak to Vodacom, who in tirm came back and said the problem is with the ISP

Webafrica is a joke, inwouldnt recommned them to anyone. Very good at debiting accounts, terrible at providing for the service.
