Terrible, Horrible, Dishonest Services

I'm actually sincerely disappointed, I don't mind paying for services, but I work very hard for my money, and when someone sells you a package on promotion for R499 for 2 months you don't just deduct R699, without explaining, they don't even follow up, I don't have money stashed away and laying around. I relocated and swapped from Fibre to LTE, I had to pay for 2 accounts since I moved and had to give a calender months notice, but now this month they billed me incorrectly and just bills me debiting my account. I at least thought that Webafrica has trained people working in their accounts dept. This is very unprofessional. Talking to Willy robot, doesn't help at all. Hopefully this review can get me some service.
