Terrible experience with Webafrica

This is the worst service I have EVER received from any service provider. We requested for fibre optic reconnection in our new home on the 29th of April. Webafrica informed us that it will take 10-14 working days for the whole process. Needless to say we are to this day which is the 25th of May still waiting for any kind of decent responses / feedback. They keep promising us dates and it is just never being followed through. I am highly disappointed and truly regret my decision with Webafrica.
