Terrible Experience - No Communication

Order fibre from these guys, its been well over 2 months. No communication. Even the Whatsapp chat(the only way to get in touch) they provide as a support platform is terrible, for weeks I only get attended to by a Bot which is useless. Will be to cancelling the order, as soon as I speak to anyone from Webafrica.
