Terrible experience from Webafrica

Dealing with Olebogeng on whatsapp chat is like chatting to a wall. Poor service from Webafrica. They quickly took money even for a router already returned but then having all excuses to make a refund. The advisor also confirmed I received one router and that one router was received, but yet then stated on later once my router is being received a refund will be made. I am confused as it was already confirmed to be received. Yet no one can make a call to assist and a waiting period of 48 hours is being provided. Recommend all people to stay as far away possible from this company.... They don't have a clue of what they are doing.
