Terrible experience

The whole transfer from one service provider to Webafrica went smoothly, until it didn't. I've been trying to have my number porting issue resolved for over 2 weeks now. The biggest problem is that the only way to communicate with Webafrica is via the WhatsApp bot...and they take at least 2hrs to respond, and even then, they don't answer your questions
