Terrible Experience

They have terrible customer service, I tried to open an account with them as I was thinking of changing WiFi with the current provider. However I decided to cancel it on & that was on the 4th of June.

But to my surprise they are still debiting on my account till today. I had spoken to *Abduragmaan who promised to cancel the on going debit but it still continued to debit.

Second consultant who was assisting me just yesterday on the 3th of August as they have just debited was “Khayakazi”. I have asked her to why are they still debiting on my account and she said she’ll make this an urgent and cancel the debit order, but to my surprise they tried to debit again today.

I have been incurring bank charged and that is also affecting my bank profile. I have tried to stop their debit on my bank account but they using different references, meaning who ever is in charge of their debit orders is very well are of what they are doing.

They are not rendering me any services, yet I am still being debited monthly. I really regret trying their services 🤞🤞
