Terrible disgusting service

Very bad , terrible service. Webafrica debits my account every month. On the 1st of February 2023 they debit my account as usual but at the same time they disconnect my service. I call their new sales line , which is the only way to speak to a person and not their stupid whatasapp bot. And they tell me to pay R249 reconnection fee. Now remember I didn't cancel my subscription. Out of desperation I pay the R249 and get told to wait for 1hour. After 2 hours I call back and they say I was miss informed and to wait 48hours . Well its now been more than 48hours and still no connection. Now the stupid whatasapp line tells me my debit order hasn't cleared yet. Today is the 5th of February. This is *******.
