Terrible decision, terrible service

Joined Web Africa more then a month back , paid the 400 but there was no help in getting the line connected , after numerous calls , emails and chats i requested the line to be cancelled and get the funds back - its been week on weeks trying to get my 400 back and each time I call they advise 24 hours

I am so sick and tired of calling and doing the WhatsApp chat

Web Africa has caused me lots of stress an does not recommend them to anyone

I will lay formal charges if I do not get my own money back
