Terrible customer service with installation

I moved to a new adress, as an existing customer, so i scheduled about 2 weeks before moving to my new adress that I want my service to be moved on the 4th of April 2025, it is currently 22nd April and yet no openserve tech has come to install my new internet and all that needs be done is supply a new ONT modem, it’s that simple, meanwhile I have been every day on with support which just leads from one agent to another and keep telling me they are waiting for feedback, today I found out Openserve does apparently not have any ONT modems or the parts needed, but why was I never told of that? What happened to customer service? And still I have no internet and they struggle to provide me with an alternative and they cannot tell me when my internet will be installed….. this is unacceptable, if i could rate -5 stars thats what they would get!
