Terrible customer service, they take money without installing anything

The worst customer experience of my life. Seriously, they put you on hold for 40 minutes. The whatsapp line does not work. The debited my account without connecting my fiber. Been trying to get a refund. Deeply regret going with them- please please don't make the same mistake.
