Terrible customer service, no response from call centre

Have had no issues before but unfortunately today I have been trying to get a hold of their call centre for hours and no response at all. I've been without internet since 8 am this morning, and for some reason the debit order that normally goes off on the first didn't but I have since paid the outstanding amount with credit card and still no internet. Customer service is shocking, am very disappointed. Time to start researching other service providers
