Terrible Customer Service from Webafrica

On numerous occasions I tried contacting Webafrica. Today I tried to contact them again as my router is flashing red. I WhatsApp them at 08:26 it 09:56 I am still waiting to be assisted. They have this stupid Willie the bot that is of no use. When a agent eventually assists they take forever to reply. This is the most pathetic service received with the most annoying disgusting turn around time. Why don’t you employ real people that can assist the clients than have this stupid robot that is of no use to anyone. This pathetic service has been going on since forever and Webafrica does nothing to improve the waiting time on their WhatsApp line. But they expect to get their monies on time. We must pay for such pathetic service but don’t get a good service. I need to seriously think of changing my service provider because I might say things that is out of my control with the **** service from Webafrica.
