Terrible Customer Service - Extreme Unreliability

Signed up for a vumatel 20mbps ftth, the service is so reliable that its more off than on.... Its impossible to get hold of their call centre i held on a call for 20 minutes without speaking to a human Their whatsapp system is useless, I currently have an outage and requested to speak to an agent at 14:13 its not 15:00 and no reply yet from Lerato who is apprently ment to assist me today. I can probably also guarentee that I wont get a credit despite one being promised to me and they wont have an ETA on when the fibre will be repaired again
