Terrible customer service experience

I've been online trying to get assistance via the watzap line and by far received the most worse experience ever, I chatted to Khaya who took 30 minutes to respond to my query then ended the chat... Then chatted with Siyanda, who then took an hour and a half to respond, after leaving a bad review, my query was escalated...this service was terrible.

Last week I spoke to Rabia and I had thee most wonderful customer experience.
