TERRIBLE Customer service

My internet has been down, I have been holding for their watsapp chat for over 45mins, tried calling technical support not available. I have evening classes and now have to miss my class.. Webafrica is starting 2 deliver bad service especially their chats and agents..I work from home so now I also won't have internet 2 work from home and yet I am still holding 2 be connected to a agent
