Terrible customer service

Useless customer service. My line keeps disconnecting every 2-3min. I have changed routers, reset routers. Sent them screenshot of traceroute pings and speed tests. Told them it's the fiber line that is the issue. And nothing a fault was logged and closed withing 20min with nothing done and no communication between me and whoever apparent fixed NOTHING.

Will be moving my fiber to someone else in JAN!!!
