Terrible customer service.

I have never had this kind of bad customer service!

My account is getting debited multiple times and I have given all proof to show that they are billing me incorrectly and it has still not been solved.

This is the 3rd week now. How can someone assist me!!! I have to explain my story 10 times to different agents and it's still not sorted.
