Terrible customer service

Took me 3 weeks to install......nowwwww after installing everything 4 days later im sitting with a fault. I get the same lamo response. Feels like im dealing with the license department. No timeframes given or explanation. Just sit with no internet like idiot. I am thoroughly disappointed might as well stay on *** rain wifi
