Terrible customer service and connection downtime

Got a vumatel line with webafrica. The line has dropped twice without any reason, and the customer support is the worst I've ever experienced by a long shot. You chat to willy the chatbot on whatsapp, which sometimes completely bugs out. If you manage to get hold of an agent through the whatsapp "service", they say hello and you never hear from them again. Then the chat is ended.

Today this happened to me twice that the agent just disconnected after I said what the problem is. Specifically Kopano, and Siseko. Only Derik was able to assist me and then after about 1 hour it was back up and running... The line just died after I upgraded it.
