Terrible Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with your agent Wade. I was on the line for about 50 minutes because he kept me on the line and only coming back after 5-10 minutes (only to ask for some info he should have asked for later).

After 50 minutes my issue was still not resolved, and the ******* transferred me to someone who assisted in less than 10, possibly to avoid getting a low rating.

You need to train your people better and get rid of them if they can't do the job they get paid to do.
