Terrible Customer Service

I am speechless after reading all the reviews for this company. I can totally agree 100% that thier customer service is horrific. I don't even know where to start.

Can you guys please improve your customer service and have agents available to assist and actually have a telephone line to call and not just whatsaap.... Just by looking at some of these reviews you can note that there is a NEED for improvement to fit your customers needs.
