Terrible customer service
Been on the chat line with this people the entire day for a payment link - I’ve been calling and holding for hours without answer their service is really bad

03 Dec 2020, 08:04Great customer service from Msindisi Faleni in billing department, he went the extra mile and didn’t stop until my issue was resolved. More importantly he kept he’s word - I am impressed by the level of service I received from him
