Terrible customer service

I have never experienced such poor customer service. I have been using them for years now but everytime there is a connectivity issue, it takes forever to get help in clearing the issue.

My kids have been without wifi since yesterday and I have been trying to get assistance from Webafrica via app and live chat to no avail.

Started another chat today at 17:10 and am still waiting for assistance, it is now 18:07.

I am so frustrated I want to cancel the subscription right now. This company does not care at all about the lir customers.

I would never recommend them to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.
