Terrible Customer Service!

What a terrible experience with customer service. After 1 hour and 15 minutes of chatting online to a service agent (who took about 15 mins to answer each line item) I only go to the verification of who I am steps. Despite me asking numerous times if the agent was still there, he just ignored me. Eventually I just logged off without my issue being resolved. Beginning my search for another provider, I think.
