Terrible customer service

I have been trying to upgrade my fiber line for over a month.

I have spoken to 4 people who all stop replying to my emails/live chat when I told them which package I would like.

I've waited for an agent for 6 hours on their WhatsApp live chat but no one answers and no one returns messages like they say.
