Terrible Customer Service

WebAfrica is a ****. I have been trying and trying to cancel my service because I am moving house and their fibre is not supported where I am going and they keep transferring me from agent to agent on their WhatsApp who only end up closing the chat without even assisting me. Now they telling me that I need to put a months notice yet I’ve already informed them to cancel but each time I try to they transfer me from agent to agent who keep asking me the same questions over and over again but not get to cancel my subscription. This is unacceptable!!!
