Terrible customer service

I’ve spent over two hours just trying to cancel my services with them! Janine, the last agent I was transferred to just ghosted me. For an hour, ignored all my prompting messages! It’s so frustrating; I’m not sure If this is a tactic to demotivate a client from leaving by just ignoring them😒
