Terrible Customer Service
Webafrica customer service sucks honestly. Been waiting for my tax invoice how is it not generated but the bill been paid already.

05 Jul 2024, 10:49Since the 2 July I have been waiting for my invoice and was told 48 hours it now 72 hours and worse part customer service is clueless about the difference between the statement and invoice. Should they not have the option to just click somewhere in the system to get the invoice and email to the customer why does it have to be such a process. I never had this issue before!
