Terrible customer care set up

WEBAFRICA for an hour and a half now I am trying to get assistance! Typing 0 for the menu IS NOT WORKING. Your assistant put me through to the technical devision, all via WhatsApp, and then your bot tells me to press 0 for the menu AGAIN! GET BACK TO ME OR I WILL CANCEL THE SERVICE. Your system is lacking service!
