Terrible and Unhelpful Service!

PATHETIC service from Webafrica & Openserve!!! We signed on at the beginning of January after having moved premises, its now the 19th of Jan and we still have no internet. You cannot reach anyone, and when you do the agents take forever to respond on whatsapp. I have to initiate a chat in the morning to only get an agent to chat to me by the afternoon. We are being charged for the month of January and we have no services from them! Im highly frustrated and every single time i ask the agent im chatting to to call me, they dont. They are unhelpful, they ask you to repeat things with every new chat, and re-send pictures and emails, which they should have a record of already. They have no been able to send a technician out to me or anything. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
