Terrible and questionable services from Webafrica

Webafrica bills for and deduct from your account BEFORE services are rendered. They did this twice which leads me to believe that it is deliberate and not a mistake. Then you struggle to get the refund. I'm still waiting. Finally when services were connected after a long struggle to get the internet connection, the services are intermittent and hardly functioning. I now probably can expect a bill and deduction again for services not actually rendered. Trying to get through to them on the phone is another nightmare. Long waits and subjection to corny jokes. Webafrica has terrible service and sick humour. How can we laugh when services are so horrible and pathetic? They are laughing all the way to the bank and we are left without means of connectivity to report them. Webafrica should be investigated by the ***** department. What they are doing cannot be right!
