Terrible after sales support

Ordered internet 4 weeks ago, still waiting. Everyday I'm told the same thing, that thr issue has been escalated. By now I should be lying on the CEOs desk but can you believe no chance of getting internet. Kids can't do school, I cannot earn as I am disabled and thus work from home, and no internet means no work.
