Terrible after sales experience

I have been without internet for 3 days now. It is very interesting that when you sign up to take a product from Webafrica you speak to sales agent up to when technicians install your fiber. When you need assistance you get referred to an automated WhatsApp system that just adds to your frustration. This is so unfair, might as well cancel and look for another service provider.
