Terrible after care service

i have no fibre internet access and there is nobody to speak to. There is that stupid Willi-the-bot on WhatsApp that cannot connect to a real person, and you have to wait indefinitely. The after care service is disgusting and their method is to avoid customer service but using the system they do. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are quick to call for the sale but their after-care service is terrible.
