Terrible!!

Absolutely awful!! Wouldnt recommend to ever!! I'm so angry - I tried to move lines and now they keep charging me double for the old line and new line! My account goes off on a debit order so I have no control over how much money they take - so they basically *****ing from me!! I'm so angry I could scream and on top of the terrible ***** behaviour - I can't get hold of anyone to try and resolve this issue!
