Terrible

I have had THE worst experience with them i paid my fee and was disconnected. Since sunday the 3rd I have been talking to agents on whatsapp, the only way of communication, with no luck. None of these agents knows what they doing. I was told it will be on today, taking 3-5 working days. Still not on. When I contacted them this morning connection was never requested!!!! Now they want to place a new connection order! Another 3- 5 working days!!! This is the worst service I have ever e. I want to be contacted bya supervisor. Not a whagent and I want to be connected
