Terrible

I can hardly give a one. The connectivity is just a joke in the Stellenbosch area where I live. How many 'tickets' being logged.... Then the Whatsapp agents not being able to do anything but blame Vumatel. Been going on for days and not getting the problem solved. No customer service phone / email? Just a Whatsapp line??
