Terrable Service

I recieved terrable service from Mweb. If you call then they leave you on hold and then you wait and wait and 3 times now i had to put down the phone as i was holding on for 40 min +. When you go on the website and try to speak to a consultant. You also wait for more than 40 min and eventually i put the phone down. I'm trying to get my R 249.00 back but i'm afraid that i'm using all my airtime to try and call them. My bill is going to be more than the ammountvthey owe me. Really terable service.
