Teribble service

On Thursday the 5th I requested my line be downgraded to a 10mbps(since my 20mbps was never ever reaching 20mbps). Kabelo Theko helped me and said he had pushed through the downgrade and that it would be done immediately. 30mins after that I noticed my line was super slow. I was now only getting 1mbps! After staying on hold for quite a while I finally got through to Ulanda(excuse me if this is spelled incorrectly) who informed me that they had made a mistake and indicated that I wanted a downgrade to a 1mbps instead of a 10mbps. She said she had tried to correct this mistake but nothing changed. Fast forward to the 6th and it still hadn't been fixed. I phoned in again and asked for Ulanda who was on the ball again and already contacting telkom. But again after saying it would be fixed by the end of the day NOTHING HAD BEEN FIXED. Now on Sat the 7th I contacted webafrica again and they stated that it would now take up to 7 days to correct this issue that was caused by webafrica in the first place. It took them less than 30mins to downgrade my line from a 20mbps to a 1mbps but possibly 7 days to correct it. How does this make sense? I have since requested that my line *stay* at 20mbps as I have already paid for this service.

This issue was caused entirely out of human error on WebAfrica's side of things and now i have spent three days suffering without any promises or reimbur*****t. I run a business from home that requires fast internet and I have not been able to proceed with any of it due to me having a 1mbps line. Extremely poor service.
