Telkom makes Webafrica look like Amateurs!

<p>After Telkom spend a massive 3 days to get Fibre to my house, I was under the impression WebAfrica will be in the ball game and sort me out within the first week. What a false impression I had!! Firstly it took WebAfrica 2 weeks to actually switch my Fibre on. Then they stuffed up my accounts! I will not go even into the false advertising regarding the cost of a fibre data account. Today, In the wisdom of the "WONDERFUL" Webafrica Sales people they cancelled my requested data account and left me with the another account. This after I set the router to the new account. Now I dont have any internet at home... Whoohoo!</p> <p> </p> <p>To be honest, I am trying my best to stay with them but they are trying to find the best reasons to get rid of me and go to somebody like Cybersmart or even Telkom. This is ridiculous!!</p>
