Telkom LTE delivery problems

Placed an order for Telkom LTE. The signup process regarding credit card information was cumbersome. They save your card info and you cannot see it on the web interface!

Then I entered my residential address and specified my work addressed should be used for Sim card delivery. Now my sim card was send to my residential address and not my work address and the courier company says I must collect the sim card, thus I paid R250.00 for delivery for nothing. Pathetic.
