Technical “support”.. what a joke

I’ve been without fibre for 2 days, and counting.. Keep getting a “ I'm sorry its taking longer than usual to connect you to an agent. I'll keep trying...” when using their whatsapp support bot. No other way of reporting an issue. Shocking.
