Technical support( LTE Simcard not working)

For 4 days now my LTE Internet has been down.I work from home and need constant connection to be productive.The technical support I have been getting has only been through whatsapp and is not effective.Today its Sartuday and I can't get anyone to assist me.I am close to canceling because for 4 days now I had to buy data even though I have a monthly subscription,I am paying for nothing currently
