Technical support abysmal
I have a website hosted by WebAfrica and received an invoice, which I paid for a year ahead (even though it is a monthly invoice) I have opened several tickets online, spoken to Billing who agreed that the bill is paid, been promised phone calls would be returned......and nothing in several weeks...my site is still down. SERIOUSLY unimpressive.

I do see that your site is back online now and I hope that it is working 100%. Please let us know if you are still having issues so that I may get this investigated.
